Gifhorn club dance days for D and C classes
Torsten and Sophie Klaust took part in the Gifhorn Club Dance Days for D and C classes on March 26th and 27th, 2022. The Tanzsportclub Gifhorn eV organized this tournament. On both days Torsten and Sophie competed in both the Seniors II C Standard and the Seniors III C Standard.
The dance couples came from all over Germany for this tournament, so that the respective classes were well filled with ten to twelve couples.
On Saturday they narrowly missed the final in their first tournament in the Seniors II C and became a connecting pair. In the Seniors III C they danced their way to the final and reached 5th place.
Things got even better for both of them on Sunday. They started the next two tournaments well-rested. Here they reached the final and even the podium both times. They danced their way to 3rd place in the Seniors II C Standard and confidently to 2nd place in the Seniors III C Standard.
Youth tournament day part 2 in Berlin
Maksym Drozdovskyi and Evelina Thaens took part in the youth tournament day part 2 in Berlin on Sunday, March 27, 2022. The tournament was once again hosted by the BlauGold Berlin dance sports center. For Maksym and Evelina it was the first standard tournament after their promotion to the C class. Evelina was particularly excited to be able to wear a new standard dress. Both children were excited, but were able to dance their way to the finals in the Junior IC and took a great 6th place.
The two also took part in the popular Latin sports competition. Here you can look forward to a 1st place in age group I and a 3rd place in age group 2. It was a successful tournament day all around.
We warmly congratulate our two couples on the fantastic results of the weekend and are already looking forward to the upcoming tournaments with you.
