Second com­pe­ti­ti­on of the Children’s Tro­phy for Popu­lar Sports 2019

On Satur­day, May 25, 2019, the second com­pe­ti­ti­on of the children’s tro­phy for recrea­tio­nal sports took place in the Sabi­ni­us­stras­se gym in Frank­furt (Oder). Stan­dard and Latin dances were per­for­med. The Bam­bi­nos com­pe­ted in one com­pe­ti­ti­on, 2 stan­dard dances and two Latin dances. In the AK I and AK II the­re was one stan­dard and one Latin com­pe­ti­ti­on, each with 3 dif­fe­rent dances. Child­ren from 6 dif­fe­rent clubs took part. For some cou­ples from the 1st TSC Frank­furt (Oder), it was their first com­pe­ti­ti­on ever. The­re was a lot of exci­te­ment. In the Bam­bi­nos, the cou­ple Dani­el Uhri­na / Ame­lia Sawi­cka from the TSC “Rose” Forst eV won. Second place went to Mak­sym Droz­dovs­kyi / Eve­li­na Thaens from the 1st TSC Frank­furt (Oder), and third place went to Nico­las Köthur / Lil­ly Sue Lutz, also from the 1st TSC Frank­furt (Oder). In the stan­dard com­pe­ti­ti­ons in AK I and AK II, no cou­ple from 1. TSC Frank­furt (Oder) made it onto the podi­um. Things loo­ked much bet­ter in the Latin com­pe­ti­ti­ons. Niko Sei­fert / Melina Gorobt­schuk from 1. TSC Frank­furt (Oder) were impres­si­ve in both AK I and AK II. They won the com­pe­ti­ti­on in AK I and achie­ved an excel­lent second place in the big AK II. Con­gra­tu­la­ti­ons to all tho­se who placed!
