Second com­pe­ti­ti­on of the Children’s Tro­phy for Popu­lar Sports 2019

On Satur­day, May 25th, 2019, the second com­pe­ti­ti­on of the Children’s Tro­phy for Popu­lar Sports took place in the Sabi­ni­us­stras­se gym­na­si­um in Frank­furt (Oder). Stan­dard and Latin dances were per­for­med. The bam­bi­nos had a com­pe­ti­ti­on, 2 stan­dard dances and two Latin dances. In AK I and AK II the­re was a stan­dard and a Latin com­pe­ti­ti­on with 3 dif­fe­rent dances each. The­re were child­ren from 6 dif­fe­rent clubs at the start. For some cou­ples from the 1st TSC Frank­furt (Oder) it was their first com­pe­ti­ti­on ever. The exci­te­ment was very gre­at. In the Bam­bi­nos, the pair Dani­el Uhri­na / Ame­lia Sawi­cka from TSC “Rose” Forst eV won, Mak­sym Droz­dovs­kyi / Eve­li­na Thaens from 1. TSC Frank­furt (Oder) came second, Nico­las Köthur / Lil­ly Sue Lutz, also from 1. TSC Frank­furt, came third (Or). In the stan­dard com­pe­ti­ti­ons in AK I and AK II, no pair from 1. TSC Frank­furt (Oder) made it onto the podi­um. Things loo­ked signi­fi­cant­ly bet­ter in the Latin com­pe­ti­ti­ons. Niko Sei­fert / Melina Gorobt­schuk from 1. TSC Frank­furt (Oder) were able to con­vin­ce in both the AK I and the AK II. In the AK I they won the com­pe­ti­ti­on and in the big ones in the AK II they achie­ved an excel­lent second place. Con­gra­tu­la­ti­ons to ever­yo­ne who placed!
