Whe­re the Löwen Frank­furt play ice hockey, the 10 to 12 May approx. 2000 dance cou­ples. Becau­se the ice hockey field of the Ice rink Frank­furt am Main, was trans­for­med into a huge dance flo­or, which was divi­ded into seve­ral are­as. This allo­wed the num­e­rous natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal tour­na­ments were held simul­ta­neous­ly. All age and per­for­mance clas­ses were represented.

A high­light of the event was the World Ran­king Tour­na­ment Seni­ors II S Stan­dard. With 87 pairs It was one of the tour­na­ments with which lar­gest start­ing field of the weekend

Mar­tin Lutz and Katar­zy­na Rybins­ka repre­sen­ted our club the­re suc­cessful­ly. In seve­ral rounds they had to pre­vail against the com­pe­ti­ti­on. After the first round they moved con­fi­dent­ly into the second. The­re too they pre­vai­led and con­vin­ced for the third round. The­re they also held their ground and were able to excel­lent 15th place to reach.
