On October 7th, 2023, a new dance sport event occurred in Dresden. The TSC Excelsior Dresden eV organized the event for the first time Dresden Dance Cup, in the BallsportArena Dresden. The program included DTV tournaments for juniors, youth and masters. The highlight of the day was the WDSF World Championships with 10 Masters I dances, in which over 50 international dance couples took part.
Fabrice Renné and Chantal Chatalow took advantage of this atmosphere and danced successfully B‑class standard debut. They also competed in Latin. Here the two were able to unite Securing 3rd place in the Juniors II C and 2nd place in the Youth category.
With Maksym Drozdovskyi and Evelina Thaens Another youth couple started the competition weekend. The two took part Dance tournament in Norderstedt part. Numerous tournaments for children, juniors and youth performance classes were held in the clubhouse of the TSC Astoria Norderstedt eV. Our couple danced at the Junior II B and Youth B Standard with. They concluded both tournaments with a 3rd place.
